Event Entry Participation Release of Liability Agreement
By registering and/or purchasing a ticket for the event organized by PawsitiveMGMT, you automatically confirm your acknowledgment and agreement to the following terms:
Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to those associated with the venue, crowd, and any activities or interactions that may occur.
Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue PawsitiveMGMT, its officers, employees, volunteers, and any affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the event.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings: I understand that PawsitiveMGMT is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the event.
Photography and Publicity: I grant PawsitiveMGMT the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Compliance with Event Policies: I agree to comply with all event policies, rules, and regulations as outlined by PawsitiveMGMT. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or illness during the event, I authorize PawsitiveMGMT to secure and administer medical treatment as deemed necessary.
By completing the registration or ticket purchase process, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this release of liability agreement. You voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and waive any right to bring legal action against PawsitiveMGMT for any reason.
